Are you new to Yoga? New to our Studio? Or even new to Sarasota? Don't worry! CircuSoul Yoga has something for you whether you live here full-time or seasonally. We encourage all first-time students to read through the NEW STUDENTS page FIRST before purchasing any classes and/or packages. Please leave us a message if you have any additional questions.

AERIAL YOGA

Looking to fly? Come and earn your wings and try one of our Flying Yoga (aerial yoga) classes. All of our flying classes are beginner friendly and all levels are welcome! Aerial Yoga classes are great for students dealing with anxiety and depression. Privates available upon request!

T I P S 

  • Arrive 15 minutes before class time

  • Ages 16 and up welcome

  • Yoga mat is required

  • Wear form fitting athletic wear

  • No jewelry of any kind

  • Socks not required

  • Hammock supports max weight 300 lbs.

  • Aerial Yoga (Flying Yoga®) is a unique workout bringing together traditional yoga asanas (postures), acrobatics, and all the fun and flare of the circus.

    This is an all-level class, open to beginners ages 16 and up, beginning and ending with savasana, that utilizes our signature deluxe flying yoga hammock to elevate you off the floor, simplifying your inversions, deepening your hip openers, and bringing space to your backbends.

  • Outdoor yoga under the majestic live oaks trees just behind our studio. This is a unique opportunity to flow with your favorite instructor while social distancing and enjoying the best that Florida has to offer. If you haven't flowed with us outside, you're missing out! 

HOT & WARM YOGA

Hot Yoga & Warm Yoga are invigorating yoga classes that stretch the body, mind, and spirit while toning the muscles, increasing range of motion of the joints, and de-bloating the body by releasing toxins through breathing and sweating. Heated yoga classes combine the therapeutic benefits of heat, movement, breath, and energy alignment into each session.

 

When we mindfully practice yoga, our nervous system relaxes, our mind slows down, our muscles become supple, and our breath deepens; this blissful combination rejuvenates our musculoskeletal system and leaves students feeling light, peaceful, tranquil, and relaxed.

  • WHAT TO EXPECT

    SIX DOLLAR CLASSES! 

     

    Studio Earth, our heated space, features natural bamboo floors, wall to wall mirrors, humidity control, HEPA filtration, and a UV filter that cleans the air.

    Please bring a mat or rent one for $3, bring a beach towel for your mat and some hand towels for your sweat (or rent some and forget about the extra laundry), don't forget your water bottle! 

  • HOT YOGA

    HOT YOGA VINYASA FLOW

    All Levels  / 90-95 degrees

    Hot Yoga combines the therapeutic benefits of heat, movement, breath, and energy alignment into each session. The room is heated between 90 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  • WARM YOGA

    WARM YOGA VINYASA FLOW

    All Levels  / 85-90 degrees

     

    Warm Yoga combines the therapeutic benefits of heat, movement, breath, and energy alignment into each session. The room is heated between 85 to 90 degrees farenheit. .

  • HOT DETOX FLOW

    Level 2 - 3 /  90-95 degrees

     (not suitable for beginners)

     

    Hot Detox Flow is a dynamic practice focusing on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body. Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs.​

  • HOT YIN YOGA

    Yin Yoga

    All Levels  / 90-95 degrees

    Hot Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time / For beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more.

  • YIN/YANG FLOW

    Warm Yoga

    All Levels  / 85-90 degrees

     

    Enjoy the benefits of the strength building yang yoga and allow your body to melt into more passively held stretches that typify yin yoga. Moving mindfully from one pose to the next you will feel the natural progression of the practice from beginning to end.

  • WARM YIN

    WARM YOGA VINYASA FLOW

    All Levels  / 85-90 degrees

     

    Warm Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time / For beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more.

Looking to livestream from the comfort and safety of your home or office? We have daily livestream yoga classes that are available to replay for the week. So if you can't attend class at the scheduled time, sign up for class and you will receive a link to the recording after class completes.
