$6 CLASSES

 

Why only $6? Believe it or not, we are asked this question often! Quite simply, CircuSoul Yoga believes that yoga should be accessible to everyone, so we provide our classes at a reasonable rate for our community. Studio Earth, our heated space, features natural bamboo floors, wall to wall mirrors, humidity control, HEPA filtration, and a UV filter that cleans the air.

HOT YOGA

VINYASA FLOW

All of our warm yoga classes will be unique and led by one of our specialized instructors who are trained in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Flow.

 

Each class will include sun salutations, standing & seated postures, as well as deep relaxation savasana.

  

Heat is provided by an infrared heater which provides clean detoxifying heat. The room is heated between 85 to 90 degrees.

WARM YOGA

VINYASA FLOW

All of our warm yoga classes will be unique and led by one of our specialized instructors who are trained in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Flow.

YANG / YING

Half Yang, Half Yin: Our strongest class mix of yin and yang.

 

Students can expect a vigorous vinyasa flow, for about half the class, that will lead in a peak pose. The second half of the class will provide students time to become introspective with quiet, long-held yin yoga stretches.

Our Warm Ying / Yang Yoga class takes place in a mildly heated room between 85 - 90 degrees.

HOT YOGA

DETOX FLOW

Hot Detox Flow is a dynamic practice in a heated room focusing on stimulating the digestive system with the purpose of aiding the detoxification of the body.

 

Hot Detox Flow is one of our most challenging classes and its not recommended for beginners.

 

Students will experience sequences of poses including twists, bends and stretches that massage the digestive organs.

Hot Detox Flow is done in a heated room between 90 - 95 degrees

WARM YOGA

YIN / YANG VINYASA

Enjoy the benefits of the strength building yang yoga and allow your body to melt into more passively held stretches that typify yin yoga. Moving mindfully from one pose to the next you will feel the natural progression of the practice from beginning to end.

 

Each class starts with a warm-up and breathing practice, moving with increased focus and intention to more strength-building poses and closing with deeply held stretches. You will gain strength, flexibility and develop keen self-awareness as you learn to use your breath to flow.

 

Warm Yin/Yang class takes place in a mildly heated room between 85 - 90 degrees.

WARM HATHA YOGA

VINYASA FLOW

This class is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or those wanting a strong foundation for their practice.

 

Warm Hatha Yoga is based on Hatha Yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice.

 

Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness, learn proper alignment, and are taught the use of props.

 

Our Warm Hatha Yoga class takes place in a mildly heated room between 85 - 90 degrees.

HOT YIN YOGA

Hot Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes or more. 

 

Long holds of basic seated poses interspersed with passive or active rest facilitate fuller access to the connective tissue and lasting structural evolution.

 

Our Hot Yin Yoga class takes place in a mildly heated room between 90 - 95 degrees.

 

This is a non-Bikram style hot yoga class.

HATHA YOGA

BEGINNERS HATHA YOGA

Beginners Hatha Yoga class is the perfect choice for students new to yoga or for those who want a strong foundation for their practice.

 

This class is based on Hatha yoga and focuses on classical poses that will provide the basis for your practice.

 

Students develop flexibility, strength, and body awareness, learn proper alignment, and are taught the use of props. 

This class is non-heated and is taught in an air-conditioned space.

AERIAL YOGA CLASSES 

 

Looking to fly? Come and earn your wings and try one of our Aerial Yoga classes. All of our aerial classes are beginner friendly and all levels are welcome, although we highly recommend all new aerial yoga students try Aerial Yoga for Beginners first. 

FLYING YOGA

AERIAL YOGA

Aerial Yoga is a unique workout bringing together traditional yoga asanas (postures), acrobatics, and all the fun and flare of the circus.

Curl up in your own aerial hammock and explore your yoga from a new elevation: this class is structured just like your usual flow with centering, warmup, posture focus, inversion and savasana.

This is an all-level class, open to beginners ages 16 and up, beginning and ending with savasana, that utilizes our signature deluxe flying yoga hammock to elevate you off the floor, simplifying your inversions, deepening your hip openers, and bringing space to your backbends.

Aerial Yoga 1

FLYING YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

Are you curious to try Aerial Yoga or want to establish a solid foundation in this unique practice?

 

Aerial Yoga for Beginners is designed to give you a clear foundation of Aerial Yoga while still having lots of fun!

 

Aerial Yoga combines traditional yoga principles with elements of acrobatics and aerial dance. It is a method that helps students gain kinesthetic awareness and build cardiovascular and muscular strength in a safe and supportive environment.

YOUTH AERIAL YOGA

FLYING YOGA

Our Youth Aerial Yoga class is a great fir the modern day child. 

 

Our specially designed children's flying yoga class integrates the best of both floor and aerial yoga.

 

Your child will love learning about yoga in class because the poses in the hammock are so captivating and FUN!

 

Our registered yoga instructors are specially trained in both aerial yoga and children's yoga through Kidding Around Yoga.

Class is open to ages 8 to 13. Reserve your little ones spot as SPACE IS LIMITED!
