Prerequisites
Students are required to have 6 months of yoga experience before enrolling in yoga teacher training. (RYT-200) View required reading. Reading does not have to be completed prior to starting class.

How Long is the Course and When is it Offered?

The program is 200+ hours (200 contact hours), and is normally taught over 10 weekends or an immersion type format.

After Registration – What to Expect:

You will receive an email with instructions to for logging into our student portal

PDF’s, videos, homework assignments and some materials will be accessible via the portal, including CSY manuals (PDF files)

Buy the required books. At each class, find out which books you need to have read before the following class, or read all books ahead of time.

Attend yoga training on the dates/times designated for your class

You won’t need each book at each session, but it is a good idea to keep them in a bag and toss them in your car each time so you will always have them if needed or purchase eBooks.
