We'll prepare the body with slow passive holds and repeat hamstring and hip openers to create an elegant line of the body in hanuman (split pose).
3 hour power yoga workshop designed for practitioners and yoga teachers alike. Sequencing at its core is much more than choreography or splicing poses together. Getting to the root of sequencing for success, students will learn the foundation of creating a functionally based sequence for students to arrive skillfully in a peak posture, an alignment or energetic theme.

During this practice, you will use Thai Massage Techniques to connect your loved one through a gentle giving and receiving of breath and movement, leaving you both restored and inspired.
