Cost: $40 The first part of the workshop will Combine the healing power of yin yoga and sound healing. We will go through an accessible 45-minute aerial yin practice with the beautiful accompaniment of the Tibetan sound bowls, the steel tongue drum, ting-sha and many other sound healing instruments. Tap into the power of your chakras with this power and foundational practice. Chakra (Bija) Meditation. Where you will learn to chant the seed sounds of each chakra to activate the hidden potential within. The last part of the workshop will be a sound bath (sound healing) following the Swambayu Method which is an unforgettable experience immersed in beautiful sounds. While everyone experiences sound baths in different ways, you're likely to enjoy feelings of peace, deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and an acceleration of your own inward journey. Kerry uses Tibetan Singing bowls from Thailand and will be sharing a specialized form of sound healing. Instruments, like Tibetan singing bowls, are played to help you enter a space of vibration and sensation, where you feel vibrantly alive and aware. Some report that sound baths help to heal physical injuries and release emotional traumas.
